
Cabbage Soup Recipe
hi! this david for expert village and todaywe are making albondigas soup. okay next for albondigas soup we have cabbage. we are goingto cut this in half and we are actually going to basically shred it into quarters. so nowwe have it cut on the root end but you want to keep that intact because we are just goingto be shredding some of this off. about a quarter for this size of a pot of soup. usuallyin my catering business, i do huge amounts of this and so i would use a lot of cabbageof course. but all you do now that you've got your core end on here, just don't includeany of that in your cut. so we are going to do about a quarter of this cabbage and you'llsee it shreds really nicely. it is such great flavor and texture to your soup.
