Chocolate ice cream tips and a scrumptious recipe
hi! alright guys i am back at james houseaka hamez jimmedy james, welcome, alright, yeah this is the second part of our ice creamchallenge, yes if you missed the first part let us bring you up to speed. with the helpof windows 10 we brought our passion for ice cream to life by making our very own flavours,and with the helpful advice of the pop up queen meredith and the lovely amandas icecream making skills we were able to make a selection of festive ice creams and it isfair to say some went down better than others. *bloopers*so we asked you guys to let us know what ..... lol your favourite giant related ice cream foodis and the winner was the ice cream sandwich, ice cream sandwich alright, lets do the icecream sandwich oh jenny i love my ice cream,
so the plan is to fuse together our two icecreams, the christmas pudding and clotted cream as one wedged between two giant cookiesfor our pr spin to take to the market tomorrow that is right lets do it.alright so we have got our recipe which we are going to times by 100 yeah we have anactual recipe today amazing and our ingredients i am feeling quite inspired today mate, wewill add mixed spice for a festive cookie too ah loving it, lets crack on eh, lets crackon, alright we have our bowl of butter and we will add the brown this is 800g of lightbrown sugar for that mild tan effect right jimmy, olive skinned, work that in a littlebit then we will add the white yeah, so the brown sugar in and this is slightly more thisis a kilo of white sugar, we are basically
going to cream both our white sugars together.hmmm it is nice like snow going in to a festive terrain just getting this mixed through mate.alright jimmy we are now going to add the flour a bit at a time i think, oh yeah thisis self raising flour, we are rasising the profile of giant cookieness, yes right hereis a jar of mixed spice so i will put half of it in, look at this mate, teamwork, filming,flouring and spicing, mixing! do do do do do nice dough jimothy we had toget it on the counter, because the bowl could not contain the giantness and unfortunatelywe could not make a wellllllll today no we do not want to add any more eggs to make itmore wet. so we have the custom shelves there, lets get them on there cookie 1 cookie 2 baketimes, yes, so the second cookie is just about

this up that is right we have to be like flashahhhh so lets montage it, ooooosh. *montage of making giant ice cream sandwich*morning guys it is sunday morning! st nicholas day means st nicholas market we have a lotof stuff in the back, we have got about 100 samples that we made up last night in cupsafter chopping it up quite excited right this is going to be fun, giving away free ice creamso we have like 100 odd samples to give away then we will go home and be merry.so here we are at st nicholas market our stall is all setup right jimothy check this outit is a little rustic right but we are quite happy with it we have over 120 portions ofice cream to give away to the poor public and of course our lovely sign right james,james has added attention to detail he added
