hellow & welcome to another episode of mychannel shaheenskit today i am going to make something very special for the kids you can prepare this dish on christmas for your children & their friends have a look how to prepare chocolate triffle for making this pudding i have shown whatthings are required & this is about 450 to 500 mlof water measured water & we have to boil it this is a packet of weikfield jelly crystals

this is vegetarian one you also get nonveg jelly packet there are two packets inside this is raspberry flavour you can get strawberry pineapple other flavours also but this looks very attractive & taste good these are two packets which we have to mixdry & there is no gelatine inside this is vegetarianone mix them well & here our water is gettingboiled

now you can see our water has boiled put off the flame we dont have to add this powder while boiling just wait for one min.& then we will add it instructions are written on the side of thepacket you can read it & now mix this powder & mix it well till it dissolves the granules dissolves now you can see all the granules have dissolved & take out in some container

put it in two containers so that it will setquickly this is china grass which i am going to boil with milk & it setsvery quickly & it comes in a packet like this this packet is sufficient for making 1/2 alit of milk but i am going to make just half of it so we have taken 250 ml to milk which i am going to boil just for a min 250 ml of milk has boiled i am adding 1/2packet of china grass

it also comes in different flavours you can see & it sets very quickly even without refrigeration instructions are written at the back we have to mix till all the granules dissolved see the granules have dissolved & it is always preferable to set this in a plate a little flat one take a bowl which is flat like this

this pudding is very easy and try it on this christmas this is fresh cream i am using amul fresh creamm which is packedone if you get the fresh one you can use it & it you are mixing this cream in summers keep this bowl on another bowl filled withice cubes so that your cream will not curdle add some vanila essence

& sugar about 3 tsp & now i am going to whip it see it has doubled in volume 100 ml of the cream has doubled & this is the right consistency keep it in the fridge for some time not in the freezer in the fridge see just within 1/2 an hour without refrigeration

my jelly has set so well this is vegetarian jelly & here is my cream which is ready & here is my china grass which has also set without refrigeration now i am going to assemble all these things & i am going to serve it in these glasses it you dont have these glasses dont warry even katories will do even a bowl will do

& please try you will get lots of appreciation by your friends & family members so the first thing we have to put is these bourbon biscuits at the bottom you can increase the amount for making theseglasses i am showing it with four now i am going to put china grass this is also vegetarian two spoons each

now put one layer of cream now its time to put my favourite thing jelly now once again put little bit of cream sprinkle grated chocolate i have got this milk chocolate & dark chocolate which ever you like grate it & after grating it lookes like this sprinkle very easy

if you like you can put some bourbon biscuitesalso and finally top it with a cherry these are glass cherries or the dried ones if you have fresh ones you can serve them & here is my very tasty pudding chirstmas pudding is ready
