Quiche Tupperware Recipe
hey friends, happy friday. it is the end ofthe week but it is the beginning of the new year and i’m starting off strong by doingsome meal prep this weekend, with the help of my very new meal prep e-book. and todayi am sharing one of the recipes from the recipe portion of the e-book, my freezer breakfastburritos. start by whisking together some eggs and eggwhites in a large mixing bowl. you could just use all eggs or all whites, it is up to you.set that aside. spray down a large frying pan and add in your onions, mushrooms andspinach or whatever other breakfast burrito veggies you want. cover for a few minuteswhile the spinach wilts and the onions become translucent and then we will add in our eggsand taco seasoning. i like to make my own
taco seasoning so i am in control of how muchsalt there is but you can of course use a packet if you prefer. and my taco seasoningrecipe is also available in that e-book. stir to fully integrate those ingredients and scrambleup those eggs, cover once more. once the eggs are nearly cooked, we are going to add inour diced tomatoes or salsa and our meat. today i am using these little turkey sausagecrumbles that i got from the store. they are precooked so it makes my life very easy, butyou can of course use regular ground turkey or ground turkey breast, whatever meat youwant or maybe no meat at all. mix to combine. lay out a sheet of plastic wrap with a tortilla.low carb, whole wheat or sprouted grain are all great lighter options. scoop your eggmixture onto the tortilla and add a little
bit of cheese if desired. it will depend onhow much of that filling mixture you have, but i found that about two ice cream scoopswas perfect for each tortilla. roll up your burrito by folding in the sides, tucking thetop over and rolling it up completely. then roll the plastic wrap around the tortillaand boom. repeat and feel free to make some without cheese, just make sure to label themproperly. place them all in a large tupperware or bagand transfer to the freezer. when you are ready to eat one, you can just pop it intothe microwave for one to two minutes and you are ready. easy peasy, healthy, delicious, ready to go when you need them. give this video a thumbs up if you enjoyedthe very first tutorial and recipe of the
